All orders are shipped from our store within 1 business day.

• Shipping is currently only offered to addresses within the United States.  We can ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, and P.O. boxes.
• Exact shipping costs and shipping options are available upon checkout.  Estimated shipping dates are based on the shipping option you choose.

Our Return Policy

If you don't like it, you don't have to keep it!

• Simply ship the product back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
• If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
• If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
• Note: For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on climbing equipment.
